Office Coordinator and Sales Support
An exciting opportunity has arisen to work with Costa Activa as a Front of Office Co-ordinator. Supporting the sales team, we are looking for a confident, personable individual who will thrive in our friendly, customer focused environment.
Previous experience although preferable is not essential however the chosen individual should have an interest in property and posses excellent communication and organisational skills. Main responsibilities include managing the reception area, preparing property details, updating the website and property databases as well as general administrative tasks.

Sales Agent Trainee
Sales Agents are working as the intermediary between apartment owners and clients in order to sell out properties along the med. As a sales agent you will often have visits to all areas in and around your assigned office. It is important that you are dedicated to your clients, which at times will involve working out of regular office hours.
Requirements:
- High level of both English and Spanish, written and spoken.
- You must be organized, persistent and ambitious.
- Good interpersonal skills.
Be goal-orientated and be 100% committed – in order to be successful! This includes checking emails every day and on weekends.
